Office Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated office manager. 

Requirements:

  1. Work with our CFO, COO and technicians closely to ensure that our high level of service is always achieved. 
  2. Manage day to day activities of our technicians.
  3. Dispatch and schedule both in real-time and in advance using our billing and time tracking software.
  4. Answer phone calls and route to a ticket or relevant technician depending on severity.
  5. Audit and keep track of inventory.
  6. Run regular audits of our various systems
  7. Ability to do light tech work using our remote control software is a big plus, but not required.

Pay is D.O.E. retirement, insurance, vacation time and other benefits apply after probationary period is over.
